I, RENANTE S. BISONIA, of legal age, Filipino married, and currently
residing in Salay, Misamis Oriental, after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

and C Building, JC Aquino Avenue, Butuan City. The questions propounded on me, as well as the answers I gave to each question were translated into Cebuano, a language which I know and understand. I am giving this testimony freely and voluntarily and fully conscious that I may face criminal liability for false testimony. I am giving this testimony to prove: 1. That I am one of the complainants in this case and that I have personal knowledge of the fact herein stated; 2. That respondent, Julius Paroan, threatened to file a case against us/put us in a very difficult situation, if we will pursue the labor case we filed against him; 3. That Julius Paroan, indeed filed cases against us first for alleged perjury then for unjust vexation, the latter having been outrightly dismissed; 4. That I suffered mental anxiety and emotional apprehension as a result of the filing of these unwarranted cases.
