A.M. Marquez, 22 years old, single, and a resident of
Ineangan , Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya called
to this office informing that a shooting incident
transpired in brgy. Ineangan , Dupax del Norte,
Nueva Vizcaya. The victim was Asheron Nibre, 22
years old, single, and a resident of Brgy. Ineangan,
Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya. Personel of this
office led by PSMS Zacharie isaac B. Tan
responded wherein a shooting incident transpired.
At around 9:50 P.M of October 2, 2022 they had a
drinking session at the house of Mark Joe Viernes,
25 years old, single, and a resident of Ineangan ,
Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya who celebrate a
thanksgiving for passing the Board Examination
for Lawyers. The victim enter the ladies comfort
room, Charles Nelson Dela Cruz, 53 years old,
married, and a resident of Brgy.Malasin, Dupax
del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya followed and assumed
that his daughter inside the room as well. Thus he
confronted him and shot his head. The victim was
rush immediately to the nearest hospital at Nueva
Vizcaya Provincial Hospital for Medical but
pronounces dead on arrival (DOA) by the
attending physician

2. On October 3, 2022 at about 11:05 A.M Angelo Marquez, 22 years old,
single, and a resident of Ineangan , Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya called
to this office informing that a shooting incident transpired in brgy.
Ineangan , Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya. Personel of this office led by

3. In the initial investigation conducted disclosed that they had drinking session
at around 9:50 P.M of October 2, 2022 in the house of Mark Joe Viernes, 25

 hot-persuit operation conducted, but the weapon used in the commission of
the crime was not recovered and he is now under the custody of this station
for investigation and proper disposition.
4. The motive behind this incident is still undetermined, the cause still under
investigaion.

in the head with steal pipe by Cenio Aragon,
27 years old, Jobless and a resisdent Macate,
Bamabang, Nueva Vizcaya. The witness
Christian Dumawat rushed the
victimimmediately to the nearest hospital at
Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Hospital for
Medical but pronounces dead on arrival (DOA)
by the attending physician thereat that caused
his instantaneous death. The suspect
immediately left after the commission of the
crime crossed the Boulevard street . At 8:00
P.M, Christian Dumawat , 26 years old,
married, currently residing at Leisure
Residence appartment Boyie St, Calaocan,
Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya. Personally
appeared to this office,and it followed by a
man-hunt- operation led by PSGT. Cardo
Dalisay.

2. That on July 6, 2022 at about 7:45 PM., an alleged murder incident
transpired along Boyie St, Calaocan, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya wherein the
victim was Angelo Henoroso Hernandez, 24 years old, single, employee of
Savemore Bambang, and a resident of Purok3 Cavite, Bambang, Nueva
