supplier, etc.)
(iv) Contract responsibilities and risk allocation among key parties
(v) Advantages and disadvantages (including project duration, workmanship quality, etc.)
(vi) Suitability to be implemented according to nature of project (e.g. size, complexity level,
technology
requirement), capability of client, etc.
