lines in the song correctly.
2. At the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to listen and number at
least 3 places correctly.

Duration 30 minutes tutorial / 30 minutes activities

Notes 1) . Pupils listen to the song.

2) Pupils are asked what canthey remember from the song.
3) Pupils listen to the song again. Teacher asks pupils to draw what they
think they old lady looks like.
4) A few words (rock, flamingo, seesaw, tree and bush) are introduced to
pupils (video).
5) Pupils blend and sound the phonemes to say the words.
6) A picture titled ‘Where does the flamingo go?’ is send to pupils
WhatsApp.

Activities 1. Upon drawing, pupils compare their pictures in WhatsApp.

2. Pupils sing the song again with added gestures.
3. Pupils try identify the objects in the pictures.
 4. Pupils will do exercise (live worksheet).
5. Based on the picture shown, pupils try to tell their own flamingo story.
Pupils take time to plan their story.

preferred from at least 2 friends.

2. At the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to read and transfer
information from at least 4 texts correctly.

Duration 30 minutes tutorial / 30 minutes activities

Notes 1) Pupils are asked to choose 4 animals of their choice.

 2) Texts are shown to pupils. Pupils are guided to read the first text.
3) Pupils refer to their exercise books. Teacher explains to pupils about
transferring information from the text and into the table. Teacher shows
a sample based on Text 1. (video)

Activities 1) Pupils complete the bar chart. (15 minutes)

2) Pupils are given some time to transfer information using Text 2 (M).
Pupils are guided by the teacher to transfer the information based on
the keywords in the text (L). (video) 15 minutes)
