Good Morning Leudys

Set-up is when you put the reels in place to service cables.

We charge $400.00 to put the Wooden Reel in place to pull the cable down.
We also charge $400.00 to put the Steel Reel in place. (We do 98% Steel Reels)
So, when we do a job, we have an automatic $1,200.00 charge.
(Steel Reel Set-Up, Wooden Reel Set-Up, Remove Cable to Service) Each item is $400.00
 
Clean, Oil, Tighten to 20,000' with a Multi-Conductor Splice
1   Steel Reel Set-Up                        $ 400.00
2   Wooden Reel Set-Up                      400.00
3   Remove Cable to Service               400.00
4   Brake Charge 20,000' @ $.04/ft     800.00
5   Clean and Oil 20,000' @  $.04/ft     800.00
6   Tighten 20,000' @ $.04/ft                800.00
7   Splice Multiconductor                   3,500.00
                                                        $7,100.00
 
If you don't do one of the services, just pull those out.
We have to send a quote before we do the job.
Each quote we send, we quote for doing everything, Clean, Oil, Tighten, Profile, Laser Mic.
We can over price the quote, but can't add to it once we do the quote. 
If we quote for tightening the cable, but the cable is already tight, then we just take that off of the ticket.
They are always happier when the price is less than the quote.
Most of the time, the price is what the quote is because they tell us how deep they ran the cable.
 
I will send you more examples, I am not at the shop right now.
