ASSIGNMENT:
In groups of 6 people, you will provide an ONTARIO case that address your Group
topic. You will create a PPT and Video presentation presenting your case that you
have researched.
The case that you research must be related to the topic that you chose. For
example: if you chose the topic “Chapter 9 – Innkeepers” then you must research
a case that is about Innkeepers in Ontario.
Here are the other questions that you must deal with in your Assignment
presentation:
• research the Internet for a current or previous case.
• Summarize the case
• Define how it is characterized within tort theory or contract theory or any
other that is applicable, and
• State why you either agree or disagree with the outcome (or describe what
you think that outcome should be if it is not yet resolved).

 Chapter 6 - Food Sector
 Chapter 7 – Alcohol and Beverages
 Chapter 8 - The Inn Keeper Guest Relationship
 Chapter 9 – Innkeepers
 Chapter 10 – The rights of Guests
  Chapter 11 – Guests and the protection of their privacy

 GUIDELINES FOR ASSIGNMENT

- Font size should be 12 or 14 not more that…
- Uppercase is not acceptable just follow your basic rules
- You can use color but not necessary
- You can use different chart, table any structure depending how you
approach and how is logical related to your assignment
- Assignment should not more than 1500 words
- You should be in Business Dress for your presentation
- You shall be assessed on the basis of the rubrics attached.
- Your first slide must be a cover page
- Check the deadline
- Plan your time
- Plan your assignment structure
- Ask for help (if you need it)
- Structure your argument
- Check and double-check your spelling and Grammar
- Do not copy and paste from online or from others use your own words but
you can use reference
- Make sure your assignment topic support your answer
- Conclusion
- Your own justifications what do you understand from assignment topics.
- Plagiarism will result in a 0% grade!
