MOTION TO RELEASE FOR THE SATISFACTION

OF JUDGMENT
COMES NOW, the complainants, and unto this Honorable Office,
respectfully avers that:

1. By virtue of Entry of Judgment by NLRC Seventh Division dated

October 21, 2021, which affirms the Decision dated January 25,
2021 the dispositive portion of which reads:

“WHEREFORE premises considered, respondents’ appeal is DISMISSED.

The Decision of the Executive Labor Arbiter is AFFIRMED.

Attached herewith as Annex “A” is the Entry of Judgment dated

October 21, 2021.

2. The amount of SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY ONE THOUSAND FOUR

AND 22/100 (Php 791,004.22) is already deposited in the NLRC
cashier.

 PRAYER
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most respectfully
prayed unto this Honorable Office to order the NLRC Cashier to
accordingly cause the release in favor of the complainants the adjudged
monetary award.

Other reliefs just or equitable under the premises.
