MOTION TO RELEASE MONETARY AWARD

COMES NOW, the complainant, and unto this Honorable Office,
respectfully avers that:

1. By virtue of Notice of Decision by NLRC dated June 28, 2019

wherein the respondent is directed to pay the complainant of 13 th
month pay and Service Incentive Leave benefits in the amount of
P4,181.66 and P5,790 respectively (copy herewith is attached as
Annex “A”);

2. In a Notice of Decision by the Seventh Division of NLRC dated

January 24, 2020 affirming the Labor Arbiter’s decision dated
June 28, 2019 (copy herewith is attached as Annex “B”);

3. On October 1, 2019, the NLRC Seventh Division received an

Indorsement from RAB which contains the Official Receipt No.
7450207 that the respondent already deposited the amount of
P9,971.66 (copy herewith is attached as Annex “C”).

 PRAYER

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most respectfully

prayed unto this Honorable Office to order the NLRC Cashier to
accordingly cause the release in favor of the complainant the adjudged
monetary award.

Other reliefs just or equitable under the premises.
