Victor de Mello Goa Lecture in 2017 in association
with Brazilian Geotechnical Society and
Portuguese Geotechnical Society, to be delivered
by an eminent engineer of international repute,
every year. The First lecture was delivered by Prof
M R Madhav. The second, the third and fourth
lectures in this series were delivered by Dr. Luiz
Guilherme de Mello, Director Vecttor Projects
Brazil, Prof. Pedro Seco e Pinto, Portugal and
Prof A Balasubramaniam, Australia,
respectively. These lectures are also published
in the International Journal of Soils and Rocks
published by Brazilian and Portuguese
Geotechnical Societies.
