1. Reference: Memorandum from C, RPRMD dated July 5, 2022 with subject:

Explanation

2. This pertains to the memorandum from C, RPRMD PRO3 dated July 5,

2022 directing to explain on alleged late but complete submitted Weekly Reports of
the DLOS of this office for the month of June 2022 on the following dates, to wit:

On Weekly Reports

May 31, 2022 – 11:19 AM (Tuesday)

June 7, 2022 – 11:20 AM (Tuesday)
June 21, 2022 - 12:31 AM (Tuesday)

On Recalled FA’s IDs and Badges

May 31, 2022 – 11:19 AM (Tuesday)

June 7, 2022 – 11:20 AM (Tuesday)
June 21, 2022 - 12:31 AM (Tuesday)

3. Respectfully be informed that this office has no deliberate intention to delay

the submission of these reports. However, there were sudden turns of events that
caused the said delay. The previous PNCO that was in-charged of submission of
said reports was relieved from this office and was downloaded to Calumpit MPS
effective May 19, 2022 as per PARMU Special Orders Number 058. However, no
personnel took her place until the present DLOS PNCO was detailed on May 24,
2022. As such, there is no proper turn-over of duties and responsibilities particularly
on the time (9:00 AM) of the submission of the said reports. Also, there is neither
reminder nor warning from the in-charge PNCO of DLOS Region that the submitted
Weekly Reports on May 31, 2022 were submitted late so he presumed that he was
always on time until today.
 4. In this regard, the undersigned respectfully pray for the indulgence and
understanding of the Chief, RPRMD and rest assured that the said reports would be
submitted on time.
