a. Memorandum from C, RPRMD dated October 18, 2021 with subject:
Designation of Summary Hearing Officer Re-Administrative Case Filed
Against PCpl Randy De Leon Santos; and
b. Memorandum from AC, CARMU dated October 21, 2021 with subject:
Designation of Summary Hearing Officer Re: Administrative Case Filed
Against PCpl Randy De Leon Santos.

2. In connection with the above reference, the undersigned was given thirty (30) days
to resolve above-cited case upon receipt thereof however, the undersigned was constrained
to resolve the case on the prescribed period due to following family matter and other official
vital activities that the undersigned has to assume on the following activities namely:

a. Reassigned from Angeles City Police Office to Tarlac Police Provincial

Office effective Oct 29, 2021 under SO#PRO3-SO-RA-20212033
b. Assigned as Protocol Officer of RD PRO3 during the Change of
Command /turn over Ceremony of PD Tarlac PPO;
b. Attended several conferences;
c. On Mandatory Leave on Oct 25 to 29, 2021.

3. In this regard, the undersigned respectfully requests for an extension of fifteen

(15) days to resolve the case for the following considerations:

a. To give the respondent the chance to submit his Position Paper and avail
the due process re above cited case; and
b. To be able to give accurate report and recommendation commensurate to
offense committed.
