The Human Resource sustainability during the crisis at the Carnival

The Carnival needs adaptive change since the case was isolated to prevent the spread of

the disease; instead, the strategy should be according to what are needs to be called for them to

do. And there was a command from the top management that whatever was being delivered and

recommended would be the one they needed to abide by. The external forces conduct the

operation; hence a measure that they can adopt will be the best one for the welfare of everyone in

the ship.

Unfreezing

The Carnival must prepare everyone that changes will need to be done, to abide by what

is commanded and for the objective and safety of everyone. The necessary precautions are to be

discussed to avoid sickness and total disability if all workers get sick.

Let’s say a limited movement. A skeletal schedule for the workers to report and others

would stay at the cabin. Once any symptom is noticed, immediate notification must be made, and

the initiative to quarantine himself. So a backup employee will be the one to make the task. Limit

the activities with a limited audience and invitations as well.

Refreezing

The refreezing will be done if all the changes are implemented and possible. Get

feedback from the guests and employees if the changes are helpful the rate of increase of Covid
