FOR ADMISSION TO BASIC BSC NURSING COURSE

It is for the information of all concerned that the admission to the Basic B.Sc Nursing
course shall be done through a common entrance test as per the syllabus of Indian Nursing
Council, New Delhi. It is also stipulated that the NEET(UG) entrance test shall be used for
such selection of candidates.
It is hereby informed that, from the academic session 2023-24, the admission to
Basic B.Sc Nursing course in all Nursing institutions in this state shall be through the
NEET(UG).
Hence all the candidates desirous of taking admission in Basic B.Sc Nursing course
shall participate in NEET(UG) Examination conducted by National Testing Agency(NTA).
No candidates will be admitted to Basic B.Sc Nursing course without qualifying the
NEET(UG) from the academic session 2023-24. The candidates are requested to check the
website https://nta.ac.in time to time.
