A. So, in order to protect and sustain the natural covering of Earth for a longer time, there has to be
an alternative to the felling of trees.
B. The after-effects of deforestation are turning lands into less proactive ones, and disturbing the
ecological balance of nature.
C. This includes turning natural forest areas into agricultural lands, or using them for urbanization
purposes.
D. This cutting of trees sometimes leads to large canopy gaps, which in turn cause the dehydration
of rainforests, making them more vulnerable to forest fires.
E. Converting a forest area into a flat land by felling trees, in order to use it for various purposes, is
called deforestation.

D. The words inscribed in the tombstone were believed to be Shakespeare's only.
