8. Payment is made by direct payment MT 103 after loading and processing all shipping documents in euros in accordance
with
the US dollar/euro exchange rate published by Bloomberg at 17:00 in Singapore at the time of payment.
It is possible to pay the confirmation of SBLC MT 760 to the correspondent account in the seller's bank without conditions
for opening field 23 MT103 in the bill of lading after loading the vessel in the Seller's port within 2 days.

10. Loading date: discussed depending on the vessel's ETA/TOTAL DOWNTIME: 192 HOURS

12. The Buyer's company provides ICPO and BCL in accordance with this offer, in response, the seller registers and
draws up a delivery contract. The seller delivers the goods to the port and invites the Buyer's representative, the buyer's
representative checks the quality, quantity,documents,
confirms readiness to the buyer. The buyer receives the invitation of the vessel and the time for loading into the port.
The seller loads the vessel as a guarantee of the fulfillment of the terms of the contract, after loading the vessel will not
leave
the port for 2 days before the payment of MT 103.
