Tailored Service Options CONTACT NOW FOR SERVICE QUOTE +

Diamond Diagnostics is pleased to offer laboratories in the United States, Canada and the European
Union several service options to make the acquisition of refurbished instrumentation seamless and
cost-effective. We provide our customers and prospective customers with various options custom-
tailored to the laboratory’s needs.

Relocation

Facilities looking to relocate instrumentation from one site to another should contact Diamond to
handle any or all aspects of the process including decommission, decontamination, transit and
installation at the new site.

Recommission

Facilities looking to reactivate an instrument which was previously decommissioned and stored can
look to Diamond to re-commission the unit for active use.

Decommission

Facilities looking to decommission their instrumentation for later use, storage, transit or sale,
Diamond prepares the unit through a complete shutdown process.

Decommission

Facilities looking to decontaminate a previously utilized instrument can utilize Diamond for the entire
process including onsite decontamination and certification.
Installation, Diamond Device

All units sold by Diamond Diagnostics require an installation by Diamond Diagnostics personnel.
Installation includes structural review, power connection and commission, routine diagnostics and
alignment, calibration and quality control verification. Following this, a brief overview is conducted to
include a general review of menu structure, power on/off, instruction to run samples and quality
controls, installation of a reagent and a physical orientation of instrument.

Training, Diamond Device

For the customer that desires training with more content, Diamond offers on-site training sessions
which supplement and follow the Installation. The session will include a Full Instrument Orientation,
Full Menu Orientation, Instruction on adding parameters, sequential testing, preventive maintenance
and operator level service troubleshooting. Training will include a 1 hour open question/answer
session to gain familiarity to topics not yet covered.

Assay Programming

While many reagent suppliers are able to provide reagent application services, Diamond offers
services to assist with programming assays beyond the assays programmed and verified during
installation. Diamond is able to program the system, install reagents, perform calibration and perform
quality control in multi-levels for Chemistry, Coagulation and Immunology Assays.
Recycle Your Instrument
Due to tighter healthcare budgets and increased environmental awareness, many laboratories and
distributors are pursuing options to extend the use life of instrumentation they currently own. If you
are satisfied with the performance of your analyzer, but would like to enhance its appearance and
extend its use life considerably, please consider recycling your analyzer with Diamond Diagnostics.
In a few short weeks, Diamond Diagnostics can transform the outer and inner physical condition
while refreshing the entire analyzer through its Down-To-Frame ® refurbishing process. By providing
your own analyzer for this process, there is considerable savings and you are assured of working
with an analyzer you are already comfortable with.
Parts
Diamond Diagnostics is pleased to introduce its Parts-On-Demand ™ Program. Countless laboratories
and distributors are subjected to long lead times, high costs and excessive expediting fees in order
to repair their analyzer. Distributors in many nations often wait several weeks due to centralized
warehousing or limited inventory; and laboratories are often left with a single source option often
forcing them into the purchase of a new analyzer or exceed their annual repair budget.

As the largest supplier of refurbished clinical laboratory analyzers in the world, Diamond is
uniquely positioned to offer over 30,000 new and recycled service parts for over 350
manufacturers and models of instrumentation. Most items can ship from stock within 24 hours of
order and will be up to 70% less expensive than from the Original Manufacturer. All recycled
items are verified for functionality and carry a 60-day parts replacement warranty.
