n rererence to above mentioned letters on cited subject a meeting was held with PGM
(Project) BBNL, Lucknow and as per discussion following has been decided:

The list of BSNL Nodal Officers responsible for 08M of OLTs and leased Fiber under
Bharatnet Phase-I Network in each OA is enclosed as Annexure-I.
t is not possible to allot storage space at OLT locations however One Room may be allotted

preferably at Ground Floor at each OA HQ for storage of Spares/ Batteries being sent by
GPON vendors of Bharatnet Phase-I. The location details of such Rooms/storage space may
be provided within 15
days to concerned BBNL PMUS with a copy to Circle office
. The overall incharge of above mentioned storage space shall be the concerned Nodal Officer

of the OA. However receiving of material and it's movement will be dealt as per following:
() Lock & Key of the room will be in the custody of concerned NE Incharge of BBNL
under control of BBNL PMU.
(ii) Consignee of material- Concerned NE Incharge of BBNL under control of BBNL PMU.
(ii) Responsibility for Movement of stores- Concerned NE Incharge of BBNL under control
of BBNL PMU.
(iv) For day to day Operation & Maintenance concerned NEs of BBNL shall issue and
receive Spares/ Batteries & will maintain stock register and submita fortnightly
report to the concerned PMU of BBNL & Nodal Officer of BSNL for information.
(v) The list of OA-wise NEs responsible for works mentioned in point no 3 is given in
Annexure-II as provided by PGM (Project), BBNL, UPE Circle.
All concerned are requestedto take necessary action accordingly.
