MY SCHOOL HOLIDAY

After the distribution of report cards at school, I was finally able to enjoy a long vacation.
Even though I didn't get the top rank, I still got pretty good grades. I'm still happy because I
imagine my family taking me on vacation.

My father and mother took me on vacation to a fun tourist spot. I can't wait to go on
vacation. Even I was confused to choose which clothes to wear. "Which time do I wear?" I asked
myself. “Ah, the blue one is great, but the red one is also very good!”

I went to see my father and mother who were watching TV. Then I talked to them, “Dad,
Mom, how about we go on vacation to the beach? I really want to go there.” Dad and mom
suddenly just looked at each other, then dad said "Son, this holiday you just stay at home, Mom,
because Dad has work out of town." I am very disappointed with dad's statement but I have to
accept his decision.

The days have passed and I'm just enjoying my school holidays at home. Although I
actually also want to go outside with friends. But my mother forbade me to go outside, and only
told me to help with housework such as cleaning the house. Even if I only go out to the market
and that too my mother will accompany me.

But I'm still doing productive work like studying for the national exams which will be in
a few months. Actually I also feel too late to be at home all the time. Sometimes I want to refuse
my mother's request when I tell her to, but I can only accept it and do it.

One day my mother knocked on my door and said to me, "You should take a shower
soon, I'll wait outside." I replied, "Where are we going, ma'am?" Then mother replied "I want to
take you for a walk to the city park, yes, while you stay at home all the time." Suddenly I felt
happy "that's right Mom, okay then I'll take a shower first."

After that I went to the city park with Mother. Even though it was just an afternoon stroll
around the park, I was already feeling really good. Maybe it's because I've been sitting at home
for too long and just now enjoying traveling. To be sure, I was very happy because my mother
took me for an afternoon walk.
