works of M/S Gupta Power Infrastructure Ltd, Khurda, Odisha.

In obedient to subject cited above & letter under reference the acceptance test was
carried out on dtd.27.08.2021 at the works of M/S GPIL for 6 nos of drums sample taken out
of total offered jobs (30 nos) and the test reports details are attached herewith. The test
reports details are attached herewith. The tests were conducted on samples as per IS 7098,
1988(part-I), approved GTP, drawing & TS are found as per order.
1. No type test certificates was provided by M/S GPIL.
