1. Looking for a job is one of the most important activities someone has to do in

the objective of getting your dream job.

For writing your profile, you need to take into account the following aspects.

• What have you studied?

currently Agronomy.

Recently I work in a travel agency, as a commercial consultant where I have been
working for 10 months.

documents. In itself, everything that has to do with computer networks I just study
and I always learn quickly about anything that has to do with office automation.

• What are your professional qualities?

My qualities as a professional is that I have easy learning, I adapt quickly to any
workspace, and I like to be responsible with any recommended work.

• What is your motivation for getting that job?

My greatest motivation is for myself, to improve myself as a person.

• What is your availability for work?

My availability at work is according to what is proposed to me since I always try to
fit in easily and divide my time in what I like to do.

• Do you plan to study something else?

Really, if things are right for me, I would like to study Marine Biology.

• Are you available to travel?

Sure, normally my current job allows me to travel to different places.
You can include some of the following useful language for writing your profile, or
you can look for more vocabulary in this learning activity glossary. Include a
picture of yourself (it can be unreal).

look for / look forward to / work out / experience / apply for / to be

promoted / work agreement / employee / temporary work / full time
work / freelance worker / season worker

Profile…

My name is Yesica, I am currently studying Agronomy, but I am already a

technician in environmental control systems and technologies. I would like to look
for a job in the field of agronomy since it is a very broad field and I can work in
everything that has to do with crops. In a certain way, I wish at some point to want
to study Marine Biology at the Universidad Tadeo in Bogotá.
By experimenting with many crops and types of crops, I can apply the different
inputs that really work, thus being one of the best ways to get a good job contract
where I can start as an employee and then gradually work my way up. Starting as
a seasonal worker and then a full-time job, and ending as a temporary job, finally
having my own business, thus being an autonomous job with a lot of learning.
