 COMPANY BACKGROUND
2005 - 2006
Contract with Daemo Engineering Co., Ltd (S. Korea) for
promotion of attachments in the Russian market.
Commissioning of the new shop for manufacturing of
metal structures. The certificate of the official exclusive
dealer «Special Equipment - GAZ Group» was obtained.
2007 - 2008
First batch of buckets is made for “Kovrovets” excavator
plant.The company is an official distributor of
“Ivanovskaya Marka” LLC in the area of selling and
servicing of motor cranes and loader cranes
“IVANOVETS”.
2009-2010
The company started to take orders for production of
quick couplers to be mounted to different brands of
excavators (Hitachi, Komatsu, Hyundai, Doosan, JCB,
Caterpillar, Volvo, etc.). The company purchased and
installed the second “Multiterm” portal thermal-cutting
machine. Certificate of National Agency for Testing and
Welding for metal structures production is obtained.
2011
ProfBreaker trademark is registered, under which the
company manufactures attachments.
2012
Equipment of a new warehouse of spare parts with the
total area of 3500 square meters is completed. A 600
tons “EHT Werkzeugmashinen” press (Germany) is
installed and put into operation.
2013
In August of 2013 “Professional” company put into
operation a new shop for buckets production (with the
capacity from 10 to 40 cubic meters) and building metal
structures.
2014
Mining buckets with the capacity of 23 cubic meters and
28 cubic meters are manufactured for the first time.
2015
Two new shops with the area of 5665 square meters are
built. The 7000th bucket with the capacity higher than 1.5
cubic meters is made.
2016
Expansion of production space by 6705 sq.m. Purchase
of new production equipment. 34 cubic meter bucket
production Opening 5 new warehouses, expanding
exports
2017
The overall increase in production was 1.6 times
compared to 2016. Production of the 10,000th bucket,
the expansion of the export sales territories (9 new
countries added). 34 warehouses now operate in the
territory of Russia.
2018
Production increased by 20% from 2017. Own mobile
workshop for repair and installation of attachments was
put into operation. Added 12 new countries to export
geography. 13 truck bodies with capacity up to 220 tons
were produced.
2019
Production increased by 15% compared to 2018. the
machine Park was modernized and the range of products
was expanded. Release of the 15000th bucket. 7 new
countries in in the sales geography 4

THERE ARE SEVERAL TYPES OF TRUCK BODIES EXECUTION

• lightweight (to increase the load capacity of the dump
truck);
• double slope truck for heavy ore rocks;
• increased size truck bodies;
• drop side truck bodies and etc.
The truck body is supplied complete with: stone reflectors, windscreen and wheels
visors, truck body heating system, stop lights and marker lights, injectors for knocking
out stones between the wheels.

 Mobile workshop

In autumn 2018, a unique mobile workshop for repair and maintenance of

special equipment attachments was launched in order to work more quickly in
any "field" conditions, in isolation from production and main repair bases. The
special vehicle is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment and is based on
the Iveco all-terrain/cross country capacity vehicle .

 CURRENT PROJECTS

JSC "Karelsky Okatysh", iron ore.

Operation of the Komatsu HD 830 truck body from 06.05.2019 to 05.03.2020 dump truck № 1.
" The volume and weight of the transported rock mass since the beginning of using the truck
body is 2,920,835 tons, the working time of the dump truck is 5,951 motohours. The current condition
of the truck body is good , there is no need to relining and repair . The lining wear is minimal."

Currently, "Professional" LLC is produsing a lightweight body for the BELAZ75307 dump truck. According to
the customer's technical specification, the platform weight should not exceed 35,000 kg.
