RE: REQUEST FOR PMEC POSITIONS FOR SUPPORT STAFF FOR

MAYUKWAYUKWA SECONDARY SCHOOL

I refer to the above subject matter.

While we appreciate that Mayukwayukwa Boarding Secondary School has been

captured on the payroll, we have observed that only positions for the Headteacher,
Deputy Headteacher and Heads of Departments.

The positions for support staff have not been created. Considering that Mayukwayukwa
Boarding Secondary School is opening this term, there is need also to create positions
for the support staff to enable the school run smoothly.

I therefore request for the creation of the following positions:

Watchman WATCH 2
Caretaker TTW 09 1
Driver TTW 09 1
Cook C E 03 4
House Keeper G SS 10 2

Kindly assist us by creating the above stated position as there is no way Boarding
Secondary School can run without the support staff.
