Contraindications
Low dosages can cause skin irritations and
also irritate the mucus, while higher doses
can be toxic for the liver. Do not use in case
of dermatitis, and gastric, intestinal inflam-
mation. To be avoided during pregnancy or
while breastfeeding.

Tarragon Essential Oil
Tarragon is a herb from the Artemisia dracunculus plant, which comes from
the Asteraceae family. It has digestive and purifying properties, as well as being
a natural antiseptic. Tarragon can also be used in case of period pain, arthritis
and rheumatic pain.

Contraindications
Tarragon can cause allergic reactions in
people who are sensitive to herbs and
grasses from the Asteracee family, includ-
ing chrysanthemums, calendula, daisies,
ambrosia and many more. Avoid all use of
this oil during pregnancy or while breast-
feeding.
