PROPOSED TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR THE

TEACHERS AND SCHOOL HEAD OF TRES ANDANAS ELEMENTARY


SCHOOL

Utilizing the data presented in the School Improvement Plan (SIP) of TRES

ANDANAS ELMENTARY School as the basis, the proponent has formulated a train-

ing and development program designed for the school of the Division of Cadiz City.

This training program will help to develop and maintain harmonious relationship

among the stakeholders and the school.

Rationale of the Training and Development Program

Statistics showed in the SIP translate that their is a lack of communication be-

tween the stakeholders and parents towards the school. There are indicators presented

of lacking interactions between stakeholders and the school due to the effect of this

pandemic. This program will help increase the involvement of the parents and pupils

to the school.

In so doing, this training and development program is designed to assist teach-

ers in the manner of leadership and management the school, given all its resources,

can function in its optimum through various programs and activities. Consequently, it

is assumed that school principals can function better as school head through this pro-

gram.

Program Description

Being and effective educator is a continuous process that requires certain skills

and competencies to be effective and sustainable. It is therefore important to prepare

prospect individuals for leadership positions to maximize their impact in the organiza-

tion.
This training and development program is designed to sustain or enhance the

competence of the teachers that affect the performance of the school and be quality

school in the Division of Cadiz City. Furthermore, it is hoped to reinforce signifi-

cantly the working relationship of school principals with other stakeholders and

strengthen their managerial and leadership skills to be more efficient, effective, pro-

ductive and competent leader. More specifically, this training and development pro-

gram includes proposed programs, activities, and interventions to address different ar-

eas of school teachers competency. It is suggested to take effect in the Academic Year

(AY) 2022-2023.

General Objectives of the Program

By the end of the training and development program, pupils and stakeholders

are expected to:

1. Increase their performance and improve output through improved and open
