Context for Reflection:

In receiving criticism from my supervisor I have had some reflection regarding

the degree to which I choose to take it personally, as I have a slight issue
regarding taking criticism in general without having it affect my own self-esteem.
In this paper I wish to explore my process in dealing with and attempting to
objectively analyse my own faults in performance during the internship, in
addition to some additional insights regarding the many new experiences I have
had.
