 Matter is composed of empty space through which atoms move.


 Atoms are solid, homogenous, indestructible, and indivisible.
 Apparent changes in matter result from changes in the groupings of atoms and not from
changes in the atoms themselves.

3 SENTENCE DESCRIPTION. In three sentences, describe elements base on the presented ideas.

 All material substances were produce by union of these elementary units, not themselves
resolvable into simpler particles.
 The four elements are properties or qualities rather than substances that composed all matter.
 One element can be change into another by overcoming one property by its opposite.
