 Instructions for Cognitive Assessment

• All parts of the Assessment need to be completed in a single sitting on the same day

• You are not allowed to switch the windows while writing the test. Test will be auto-
submitted after 5 windows switch counts

• All questions are mandatory. No negative marking

• Timer starts at the top right corner of the screen which shows the time left for the
assessment to end

• An instruction bar is placed on the top side of the screen for the candidate’s reference.

• Candidate can mark the answer in the form of a, b, c or d

• If at the end of time candidate forgets to submit, the assessment is auto submitted, and
answers marked are captured.

 Instructions for Behavioural Assessment

• This questionnaire has been developed to describe your work-related behavior.

• This instrument is composed of pairs of statements. You simply need to indicate which one
you agree with more. There will be five pairs of statements on each screen. You cannot skip
an item.
• At times, it may be hard to choose because you agree or disagree with both statements.
This is a normal part of the instrument. When faced with this type of choice, you should
review each statement and then choose the statement you agree with more. You should be
careful not to over-think your responses; you should go with your first reaction whenever
possible.
• We recommend that you find a place and time that allows you to answer the questions
without any distractions.

Step 4: The assessment is webcam monitored, proceed the assessment only when the picture is
