System requirements to attend the interview process of Amazon-

• Laptop/ desktop must be enabled with a working webcam and microphone (headset with mic and speakers is
recommended). Both webcam and microphone/headset must be in switch-on mode at all times during the
course of the assessment.
• RAM & Processor: Min 4 GB RAM, i3 5th Generation 2.2 Ghz or equivalent/ higher.
• Operating system: Windows 8 or 10 only.
• Google Chrome browser, version 80 (up to 5 latest versions considered).
• Stable Internet connection of 2Mbps+ enabled through broadband connection. Avoid unstable 3G/4G
networks.
• VPN/Proxy should be disabled.
• Safe Exam Browser (SEB) must be installed mandatorily, all assessments are to be given only on Safe Exam
Browser (SEB). You can install the Secure Exam Browser from this link: https://securetest.hirepro.in/amazoncs

To complete the entire assessment process following steps are to be followed.

Step 1- Install Safe Exam Browser

Mandatory requirements to install Secure Exam Browser (SEB)

• Only Windows 8 or Windows 10 are supported

• Windows operating system should be up to date
• Hard drive should have 100MB of free space
• Latest Google Chrome browser should be installed
• You should have Admin Rights for the system
• No Network/System Restrictions should be present
• Anti-Virus should be disabled
• All other applications should be closed and Bluetooth has to be turned off

When launching the test, select Download the Secure Browser installer

Step 2- Hire Pro Registration

Hirepro assessment registration link will be sent at the registered Email id. Do check inbox, spam
and Junk for the hyper link from Amazon CS <admin@hirepro.in>. Click on the hyperlink i.e.
Click Here option and complete the process within 24 hours on Chrome browser. Note: use
updated chrome browser to complete all the assessment. No other browser will support this
assessment.

Post clicking on Click Here option page will be redirected to Registration Form. Click on I’m not a robot
option then click on Next to proceed further. At registration form fill all the star marked mandatory fields

and upload the clear picture or selfie for validation purpose. Post filling all the information read the Non
disclosure Agreement click on I agree then I’m not a robot and then Submit the form.

Note: Kindly read and select the appropriate option at the Eligibility questionnaire parameter as registration
is also an Elimination round and post rejection you can only re-apply after 3 months of cool off period
completion.

Step-3: Take 1st round of Assessment i.e. Preliminary English Test

Post successfully registering the details, online test invitation will be sent.

Online test invitation from Amazon CS <admin@hirepro.in> will be sent to the registered Email id for
further completion of the assessment. Kindly read the Email instruction carefully post that copy paste the
Test URL link at Chrome and login with the provided Username and Password. Post signing-in with the

provided username and password page will be re-directed to Launch test read all the instructions care- fully
to understand the assessment better and then click on Launch test option. For online proctoring and
hardware setup check click on Allow camera and mic access. Post proctoring and system check Take/ click a
selfie for validation purpose. Post hardware check and Selfie the page will be redirected to online
assessment post the reading the instructions carefully click on I agree and Start Test to resume with the
assessment. It’s a onetime username and password.

Note: Do not close the page if assessment is still pending as link will get deactivated complete the entire
assessment at one sitting.
Instructions for PET (Preliminary English Test)- Basic English test

 measure a person's ability to understand and use English

This is a timed 20-minute test, where you will need to
answer 20 questions. All questions will be in Multiple
Choice Questions(MCQ) format, where you will be given

need to select the single correct option.

The test includes four sections, which will present four different types of questions as follows:

Sentence Correction:
▪ Thissection consists of items with a single sentence, with a part of the sentence underlined. ▪ You have to
identify if the underlined part in the sentence is incorrect, and if yes, choose the option which makes the
sentence grammaticallycorrect.
▪ One of the options will be the same as the underlined part, which you can choose if there is no error.
▪ For each question, you will get Multi Choices as options. Youwill need to selectthe correct option.

Sentence Arrangement:
▪ In this section, you have to rearrange one or more sentences to form a coherent sentence or
paragraph.
▪ In the first variant, a single sentence is broken up into different parts and you have to arrange the
different parts to make a meaningful sentence.
▪ In the second variant, multiple sentences are given which you have to rearrange to form a coherent
paragraph.

completion

At Sign in page type your registered EMAIL ID and click on FORGOT PASSWORD. At trouble

Error 4: At Contact Information page (Address, Preferred Phone Number, National ID
and Birth date invalid

At contact information page address typed should not be lengthy as character limit is 30.
Preferred phone number select Mobile phone then go to alternate contact number, in the grey
area choose any country from the drop down except India and wait for the code to change after
the code changes. Click on the drop down and choose India again and wait for it to change to 91.
At National ID type if in case Pan Number is available choose India Pan Card and type the number.
If in case Pan Number is not available then select India Aadhar Card and type the Aadhar number
as per this format E.g. 1234-4567-7890. If National ID error still incurs select NONE as an option
leave the National ID number blank and proceed. For Birth date invalid error select the date of
birth from the calendar and format is MM/DD/YYYY. Fill all the mandatory fields as per below

but also whether you re the type of person that might enjoy and excel in this role. Note: Don’t tell us what you
think we want to hear, let us find out more about you!

The assessment doesn't require audio, consists of multiple-choice questions and isn’t about answering the
questions correctly; it is about identifying the right people for the job. You may see multiple options for a
question that you can relate to. You may also see multiple questions that are similar. That’s ok! Just select the
response that most resembles how you would feel or behave.

Note: There are no right answers.

This is not a timed test, so the time it takes you to complete these questions is not factored into the result. It

Step-6: Take 4 round of Assessment i.e. Virtual Job try out

The Customer Service Simulation, will give you a chance to learn more about what it’s like to work as a Customer
Service Associate (CSA) at Amazon. This test will assess you on your multi-tasking abilities, accuracy and
problem-solving abilities by making use of the provided information on the screen. At the same time, we ll get to
know more about you.

You'll be asked to play the role of a CSA and respond to several fictitious customer situations. Just like a CSA
would answer customer questions, you'll use information presented to you on various tabs on the screen. This
information will be similar to what you might see on the job, such as the customer's order information, address,
and billing information. The questions come in different formats and will require you to either click or drag
buttons to answer each question.

The Virtual Job Tryout contains audio, so please make sure you have a headset on before starting.
It will take about 30 minutes to complete the test and you can pause or replay the Instructions if you need to.
However, the time it takes you to complete these questions is factored into the result.
