Instructions:
1. You should have slept for at least 6 hours prior to the health check-up.
2. Fast (except water) for 10 - 12 hours prior to sampling. If you are taking any medicine, take it post sampling.
3. Please do not drink alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to test.
4. Kindly avoid smoking 5-6 hours prior to the health check-up.
5. Stool samples should be collected in a sterile container if it is in your package.
6. Ladies must avoid health check at the time of menstruation.
