1.What have you discovered while reflecting and writing down your answers?
● Encourages self-awareness and practicing consciousness. It allows you to identify areas for
improvement as well as places where you excel. For me, this question leads me to have additional
ideas on the things I need to learn after taking up the lesson. I admit that sometimes I tend to
forget what we have discussed and this kind of exercise gives me a chance to review the
knowledge I have in mind.
2.How do you feel about what you have discovered?
● Discovering more about yourself can be a bit puzzling and challenging that you will be worthy of
experiencing many points in your life where you feel like giving up and escaping are the best
options; however, as Mahatma Gandhi says, “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in
the service of others.” This is where it says that sharing, giving and presenting your authentic self
to others is the best way where you can discover many things about yourself.
