Start By:

a. Remove the camshaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Camshaft - Remove and Install".

NOTICE
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.

Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component

life.

1. Use Tool (A). Apply 4C-5591 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads of Tool (A).

2. Remove camshaft bearings (1) from the cylinder block.

1. Use Tool (A) in order to install the camshaft bearings in the cylinder block.

2. Install camshaft bearings (1) in the cylinder block.
