Ordering.
1.Tell us your delivery date
2.Choose size, flavors and designs
3.Make a downpayment to secure your slot/
full payment if it's less than H-3 delivery

Delivery
1.All deliveries are done using Gocar/Lalamove Car services.
We make sure our cakes are in their safest position & condition inside the
car before the driver leaves our place.

Because we use a third party service with different drivers all the
time, ALL damages that might occur during deliveries ARE NOT our
responsibility.

2.Customers are allowed to pick up the cake by themself at our workshop

at Alam Sutera, Tangerang

3.Delivery/Pick up time: 8AM-6PM

Storage

Please keep our cakes refrigerated at all times (if not displayed yet).
They last in the fridge for 4-5 days upon receiving.
