EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
I've been thinking deeply about the business I'd like to sell for the assignment. Finally, I
decided to pursue product from Monstr Hq for my business because I believe it has more
strengths and opportunities than the others. I am so inspired by successful people like Puan
Nurul Fatin, the founder of Monstr hq, that I have signed up as a dropshipper for their
product. In that way , I can gain knowledge how to be successful entrepreneurs.
Monstr hq consist of four main product which are brownies, cookies, chocojar and cookies
jar. These product are chocolate based and suitable for all ages. The target market are people
that love to eat chocolate in Malaysia as I will sell it online too and also students in my
campus. This is due to the wants of the students for something to eat as a late-night snack
while doing their assignments.
I believe that my business will be successful because my products have many benefit due to
the taste of this product. This business has a high potential for growth in the future because it
offers a low-cost product that is acceptable to the majority of people, particularly students. I
am confident that demand for these products will rise over time.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION (BEFORE ACTIVITY)
To begin a business, I determined what types of products I wanted to sell first, and I decided
to sell monstr products, which include four main products: brownies, cookies, chocojar, and
pour & dip cookies. The first product is brownies monstr and it packed in secure bag. The
expired date is taking a long time, so customer do not have to worry about the brownies
expired date. Next, the cookies montsr. These cookies are very crunchy and have chocolate
drizzle on top. I also sell chocojar from monstr. This chocojar is rich with chocolate and
chocolate lover will try this. Lastly, pour & dip cookies. This cookies we can pour or dip with
chocolate that will provided if buy this product. These snacks are ready to eat anytime,
everywhere.

1.2 Justification of product
The reason I sold this product was because I once purchased brownies from Monstr online
and fell in love with them. Beginning with that, I became a regular customer for all of the
products, and I began to consider becoming a dropshipper and selling this product. I did my
best to sell this product using the knowledge I gained from my leader. Second, I want to
make it easier for my friends and others to find snacks, especially at night, because students
are usually craving something sweet when they do their assignments. Third, selling snacks
and registering as a dropshipper is a good place to start if you want to start your own
business. The product is ready, and we only need to put in some effort to promote it. They
also have leaders who can help us get started in business.
My first target customers are the students on campus. This is because I was on campus at the
time and thought that selling Monstr products would be a good idea because students on
campus are always looking for something sweet or food to snack on while doing assignments
or something else. My next target is people on online platforms, as I have an online store
where people from outside can get updates on my business and place their orders. People can
also make this as a gift for someone because people generally enjoy eating chocolate.
My products were sold both offline and online. If a customer purchases my product offline, it
means that I will personally deliver it to the customer, either the student picks up their order
or I will personally deliver the product to the student's room. If a customer purchases it
through an online platform, I will forward the order to my leader. She will pack the order and
send it to my customer because I am a student and it is difficult for me to do the postage.

1.5 Promotion strategy
Nowadays, the majority of promotion strategies are carried out via the internet. Facebook,
Whatsapp, Twitter, and Instagram are the most popular social media platforms. For my part, I
used my business Instagram account to show details and promote my product. I will always
update my Instgaram to ensure that my potential customers are always aware of product
updates. I will also create a poster and post it on my status Whatsapp and Instagram to
provide more information about my product and make it easier for people to read and
know more about it. I also will spread and promote through my college group Whatsapp as
my customer target also people in my college.
I do this business since 17 October 2021 through online platform and offline and the duration
for my business is around 1 month, 27 days. This duration, give me more valuable
experience.

2.0 PROJECT OUTCOME (AFTER ACTIVITY)
I opened up my business on 17 October 2021 until 31 June 2021, roughly for about one
month, 27 days. My business product consist of four product which are brownies, chocojar,
cookies and pour & dip cookies. After 1 month, 27 days conducting this business, I had sold
19 of my product which are 7 brownies, 4 cookies, 6 chocojar and 2 pour & dip cookies. I got
my very first order on 22 October 2021. Three of my order, I got from my online customer,
while 16 of my order from students inside my campus. Following are the price for each of the
product for my business :

3.0 EXPERENTIAL LEARNING
Some of the challenges that I encountered during this business activity were as follows. First,
for people who purchase it through an online platform, it will be delivered to their home. It
will be a problem if the courier does not handle the parcel carefully, resulting in the product
being damaged when it arrives at the customer's home. If this occurs, communication with
the customer is important to resolving the issue. As a result, I learned from my mistake and
now double-check the parcel's security before posting it. This incident also makes my
communication skill increase. When I first start this bus Next, I sell it on campus, so I have to
balance my time between handling orders, sending orders to customers, and focusing on my
classes, assignments, and projects

5.0 CONCLUSION
After start this business activity, I realised that we need to plan well before starting a
business. I also learned that doing business is not an easy task and that we must exercise
caution when dealing with our customers. We must remain humble and respectful to them in
order to make a good impression on them. When it comes to business, we must also be
patient if we are to overcome any obstacles. We should not give up on our business. Instead,
we must face the challenges head on. To summarise, I am grateful for being a part of this
assignment because it allowed me to gain experience in the business world. Despite the fact
that I have been in business for a while, I am familiar with the ups and downs of the industry.
I hope that with this experience, I will be able to open a business as a side income in the
future. I'd like to thank my friends and students for their support of my business, my lecturer
for his assistance during this business activity, and my family for their support of my business
idea.
