TABLE OF CONTENT
In this study, I would like to explain about my small business that just wants to enter
the business field. The small business I do is selling snacks which are crab chips made by my
mother. My purpose of doing this business is to become a small entrepreneur for the ENT300
subject.
The name of this snack food business is Kitchen Mithen. Kitchen Mitchen was
specially designed by our family for my mother's business. The purpose of this report is to
understand how the business is run and how a small business can become a big business. In
fact, this business does not only sell crab chips, but also sells cookies. But in this business,
these crab chips are the best sellers. This small business started from selling to relatives and
continued to grow to the public.
Small business Kitchen Mitchen has started business since 2020. Actually, this
business is just for fun because selling is my mother's hobby. Next, this business is only made
at home since this sale is not too much. So, it was from my mother's business that I stole the
opportunity to sell in my university since this ENT300 subject also had to do sales. I asked my
mom to make 30 small jars of crab chips for me to take to my college and sell to friends.
Overall, every business will also go through a downfall before success. I also think
like that because I'm afraid to sell because I'm afraid no one will want to buy the products I'm
selling. However, we must have the courage to try first then we can feel how to be an
entrepreneur even if we only sell in small amounts.

2.4. Strategies (4Ps)
Product
The product I sell is a crab chip product made by my mother. I have been selling these
crab chips at my university for the past month. In addition, these keta chips are packed neatly
and wrapped with adhesive tape on the lid of the jar so that the chips do not get caught in the
wind. I take great care of the quality of this food so that buyers do not hesitate to buy with me.
Next, the quantity of the food is also placed according to the capacity of the jar so that the
customer is satisfied with the food.
Price
The selling price for these crab chips is Rm7.00. This is because they want to adjust to
the size of the jar they want to sell. With this price as well, it is able to attract many customers
from my university which are students because the price is reasonable and worthwhile. For me
by putting a cheap price, it can attract more customers. Apart from that, it can also cover the
production cost for these crab chips.
Place
The way I make distribution for my products is at my university. I only use word of
mouth to tell the products I sell to students at the university. Also, I use Whatsapp application
people know about my products. So, they just have to order and I will ship directly to them.
Promotion
The way I advertise my products is by meeting them face to face and explaining about
the products I sell. In addition, I have also used the Whatsapp application to advertise it. Not
only that, I have also offered whoever buys the most of my products, they will get a jar of crab
chips for free. It is my marketing strategy to increase my business results.

3. EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
Experience
Based on my experience in doing business, I can learn more about doing business.
before, I was never confident in doing business because I was afraid that no one would want to
buy what I was selling. However, after studying this Entrepreneur who needs to make a
business, I better understand the meaning of business. In a business there are ups and downs.
In my case, I am happy to sell because many people support my business. so it makes me more
enthusiastic to do business and after the end of my business for my report, the business is very
fun besides getting high profit.
Reflect
In my reflection, I try to reflect on myself in this business that from the beginning of
the business until the business becomes big it is not always successful or only profitable, but
in this business there will be losses as well even if you have a business that people like. This is
because every business must have ups and downs in business. Maybe I only did this business
for a month, that doesn't show more clearly the real business. But it is from learning
Entrepreneurship that makes me feel and understand what it means to do business and become
an entrepreneur.
Conceptualise
Once I have identified and understood the characteristics of my experience in
business, I can decide what I will do differently in the future in business and being an
Entrepreneur. This is a plan and make a better and successful marketing strategy.
Experiment
Through this experience of doing business and being a small entrepreneur, I feel that
I am more enthusiastic to study in the subject of Entrepreneurship because doing business gives
me a lot of knowledge. It also gives me the opportunity to keep trying and trying and always
thinking about how to grow a business. Not only that, it can also challenge myself in the
business field.
