Danilo’s banana cue

Introduction

My business aims to establish a profitable banana cue strand, it offers delicious


and affordable snacks made from fried bananas coated in sugar. It has high
quality ingredients and it also give you nutrients from the banana.

Description
My product is a kind of street food business. It would be located at the Dumingag
Senior High School campus. We will carefully select ripe and sweet bananas, fry
them to perfection, and coat them in caramelized su7gar for delightful taste.

Target market
My target market is the Dumingag Senior High School because I have been
observing that the people their need my product specially the students since
many of them want to taste a delicious banana cue of mine.

Product Line
My main product will be banana cue, made from ripe bananas coated in
caramelized sugar. I will assure you its deliciousness of my banana cue.

5.Market plan
Market
I plan to market my product to the school campus; I will establish
relationship with other students to be my partner in sealing my product and give
them 10% of the profit they will earn.
6.logistic and Operation Plan

Procedure
Ingredients;
-ripe Saba banana
-brown sugar
-cooking oil

1.Peel the bananas and cut them into halves or smaller pieces, depending on your
preference.
2. In a flying pan or skillet, cooking oil over medium heat. Make sure the oil is
deep enough to fully submerge the bananas.
3.Ones the oil is hot, carefully add the bananas pieces into the pan. Fry them until
they turn golden brown.
4.Once the bananas are fried, remove them from the pan using a slotted spoon or
tongs. Allow any excess oil to drain off.
5.In the same pan, reduce the heat to low and remove any excess oil, leaving only
a thin layer to coat the pan.
6.Add brown sugar to the pan, enough to create caramel coating for the bananas.
7.Stir the sugar continuously until it melts and form a thick, sticky caramel syrup.
8.Once the caramel is ready, carefully return the fried bananas to the pan.
9.Continue cooking for another 1 to 2 minutes.
10.Once the bananas are fully coated and the caramel is thick and sticky turf off
the heat.
11.transfer to the plate and ready to seal.
