EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Our business plan aims to satisfy the needs and wants of the people who will buy our

products. Our products has its special ingredients that will give our consumers nutrition that

their body need. It is also inexpensive, which our customers can easily afford. Use this

sentence instead

Lakit saWrap is a kind of turon filled with glutinous rice, cheese as well, and coated

with caramelized sugar. It is inspired from Lebak which is turon made of malagkit or

glutinous rice. On the other hand, it is known as a native merienda delicacy in Sultan Kudarat

which considered as a new twist of the traditional turon made of banana. Additionally,

macapuno or ube can be added also to make it more delicious based on your taste preference.

However, it is been said that turon began in communities in the Philippines located near at

banana trees and crop fields. Furthermore, Lagkit saWrap offers turon malagkit in three

flavors: Ube, Chocolate and Pandan. These Filipino style spring rolls are filling, delicious,

and perfect snack or dessert.

Turon is one of the famous sweet treats, These simple swaps in ingredients are a great

way to add variety and take this Filipino street food to a new level of yum.

The business is located at Anao, Tarlac, Barangay Hernando. The target market of the

business are Childen, Parents and Others.

May Garonia. She finished her elementary school at Aringin Elementary School at Moncada,

Tarlac and her junior high school at Anao High School currently she is a ABM Grade 12

Student at the same school and hoping one day that she will become an accountant .

LABAGNOY
She was born on july 13,2003 the name of her parents are Mr. Roman

labagnoy and Mrs. Remelonia labagnoy she finished her Elementary

at Dolores Ongsiako elementary school at Anao, Tarlac and her junior high school at anao

high school curently she is a abm grade 12 student at the same school and hoping one day

that she will become an accountant .

He was born on May 27, 2002 trhe name of his parents are Mr. Robert Aliado and Mrs.

Rizalina Aliado he finished his elementary at San Jose Elementary School at Anao, Tarlac

and his junior high school at Anao High School currently he is ABM grade 12 Student at the

same school and hoping one day that he will become a business man.

BUTARDO
He was born on June 9, 2003 the name of his parents are Mr

Melicio Butardo and Mrs Malou butardo he Finished his elementary at Dolores Ongsiako

Central Elementary school at Anao, Tarlac and his junior high school at anao high school

currently he is a ABM Grade 12 student at the same school and hoping one day he will

become a sucessful business man .

bringing the joy of eating to everyone.

To be able to bring those products, we plan a shop or our business in our

barangay and nearby communities.

In the Philippines turon is the traditional snack or meriendas of Filipinos therefore

many of Filipinos can make turon.

Turon is made of affordable ingredients like ube, cheese,and pandan therefore

We strive to deliver a high-quality taste of Filipino snacks or sweets with our product. Turon

malagkit comes in a variety of fillings and flavors, including cheese, ube, cocoa or chocolate, and

pandan. Depending on your taste preferences, you can select any flavors you desire.
Target Market

The products are to be sold to:

Children’s from the barangay with age range of 8-12 years old, and who craves to eat

Turon.

Parents from the barangay or community who is seeking and interested to the product

for meriendas.

Other children and adults who belong to the barangay or those outside of community who

are interested to buy the product.


Competitors

Jesus fries

Are one of our greatest competitors because they have been selling in our town for a

long time, buyers will come to them than our store .Jesus fries only has a small space but has

a few tables and chairs and have a fresco place Feel is laid-back and easy. I noticed that they

are one of our competitors because they sell a fries,drinks,siomai,burger etc. People go more

to there store because as i noticed they are more famous and they sell snacks like us.

Street snax

Our second competitor is street snax street snax serve a frappes & flavored coffee and

for those who love coolers, the choice is yours from the wide array of delicious cool

beverages from Lemonades,fruit sodas to organic teas,Maize con Hielo,Creamy Halo Halo,

Pasta,Pizza,sandwiches & flavored fries are within your reach.Burgers are also available for

your indulgences so this store are also our competitors base on their offer food and also street

snax is better known than ours, so people go there more especially millennials.

The Production Paradigm

improve the traditional Filipino turon, we used the Glutinous sticky rice, Wrapper, and the

flavors such as Ube, Chocolate and Pandan and the filling of cheese.

After applying and combining all the ingredients, Lagkit saWrap will ready to serve and sell

the delicious and affordable dessert to costumers.

1.MANAGER In charge of supervising and leading a company's operations and personnel. They
are responsible for a variety of activities that assure the productivity and
effectiveness of the organization, including as implementing business strategy,
analyzing corporate performance, and overseeing staff.

2. FINANCE In change of finance-related duties/ responsible for the budget planning, and
supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial
MANAGER advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions .

3.SALES STAFF In change of sales-related duties/ responsible for finding potential customers and
