nDalem chocolate was created as a cultural appreciation in the form
of chocolate, from Jogja. We collaborate the taste of Indonesian
chocolate with the rich Indonesian culture. Each bar is a presentation
of experiences across Indonesian flavors. Covering Indonesian herbs,
spices, coffee, tea, traditional drinks and even fresh fruit with the
sensation of yogurt.

nDalem's innovation and collaboration products with Prof. Endang S.
Rahayu from the Center for Food and Nutrition Studies, Gadjah
Mada University. Chocolate with added probiotics to repair the
intestines. One of the offerings of nDalem Chocolate to reduce
stunting rates in Indonesia. The research and development of this
product is assisted by funding from the LPDP RI in 2020 as part of
the downstreaming of research results in the food sector.
