TO JOIN CAMPAIGN
#1: COD - SELLER TERMS & CONDITIONS (1/2)
Requirement for Seller:
● All sellers participating in 11.11 & 12.12 agree to activate COD in their shop & SKUs as one of their payment methods throughout
the entire campaign period.
● SKUs with criteria below will be freed from this requirement:
○ SKUs with price above IDR 3,000,000
○ SKUs with COD prohibition from the 3PL (e.g. power bank, batteries, bulky items)
○ List of SKUs with COD prohibition will be listed in the next slide
● Other than this case above, the exception will be given on case by case basis (if needed)
● Seller will need to activate at least one of the below COD Supported 3PLs:
○ J&T Express
○ J&T Economy
○ Shopee Express Standard
○ Shopee Express Hemat
○ ID Express
○ Anteraja Regular
○ Anteraja Economy
● Seller must activate COD by 3 October 2022 at the latest to join 11.11 Campaign and 7 November 2022 at the latest to join 12.12

Requirement for Seller:
● All sellers participating in 11.11 & 12.12 2022 agree to join in Gratis Ongkir Xtra program for the entire campaign period. Seller
needs to fulfill requirements of Gratis Ongkir Xtra Program:
○ Shop has at least min. 1 product active with normal status (not removed/blocked)
○ Shop is not under penalty
○ Active and receive orders in the last 7 days
○ Shop must activate at least one of 3PLs: Shopee Express Standard, Shopee Express Instant, J&T Express, J&T Jemari, J&T
Economy, SiCepat REG, SiCepat Halu, Ninja Xpress, ID Express, or Anteraja on:
■ Minimum 1 product with Shop that has active product <100
■ Minimum 1% of total product with Shop that has active product >=100
○ Already registered in Program Gratis Ongkir
○ Not in seller vacation mode
○ Do not have fraudulent activities (e.g. abnormal order history & seller’s activity, misuse of Shopee’s program for personal
interest)
● Seller must be enrolled to the program by 3 October 2022 at the latest and the program will be active starting from 8 October 2022
for 11.11 Campaign.
● Seller must be enrolled to the program by 7 November 2022 at the latest and the program will be active starting from 12 November
2022 for 12.12 Campaign.
● Seller will be required to manually opt out of the program when 11.11 and/or 12.12 2022 period is over by accessing

Ninja Xpress, ID Express, or Anteraja.
● Exposure of seller’s products on Gratis Ongkir Xtra Page.
● Included on Gratis Ongkir Xtra filter block.

Penalty:
If seller fails to activate Gratis Ongkir Xtra Program on all SKUs featured in campaign landing page during entire campaign period, seller will

#3: INGATKAN DISKON COLLECTION - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Requirement for Seller:
● This requirement is mandatory for all paying sellers in 11.11 & 12.12.
● Seller agrees to nominate min. 10 SKUs to be featured in each 11.11 and/or 12.12 2022 peak days.
● The approved SKUs will be included in Ingatkan Diskon Collection that will be one of key pushes in 11.11 & 12.12 2022.
● SKU criteria:
○ Minimum price:
■ Electronic Devices: 1.5% cheaper than SKU cheapest price in the last 30 days
■ Electronic Non-Devices & Other Categories: 5% cheaper than SKU cheapest price in the last 30 days
○ Minimum stock:
■ Electronic Devices: Min. 50 stock per SKU
■ Electronic Non-Devices & Other Categories: Min. 100 stock per SKU
● Exception can be given on case by case basis (if necessary).
Penalty:
If seller fails to nominate min. 10 SKUs for Ingatkan Diskon Collection in 11.11 and/or 12.12 2022, seller will be removed entirely from the
running campaign exposures. Seller will forfeit all slots granted in package and no replacement slots will be given.

Penalty:
If seller is unable to lower down the number of their exclusive products in competitor to at least 75% before Peak Week, seller will not get
campaign exposures in Shopee 11.11 and/or 12.12 2022 Peak Week (2- 12 November & 5 - 13 December 2022).

Price Commitment Terms & Conditions
Penalty:
Seller will receive a penalty if the seller repeatedly fails to fulfill the T&C stated above. A maximum of 2 warnings will be given, after which the
seller will be removed from the running campaign exposure.
● Warning 1: When seller fails to meet Criteria 1 & Criteria 2 for the 1st time.
● Warning 2: When seller fails to meet Criteria 1 & Criteria 2 for the 2nd time.
● Penalty 1: When seller fails to meet Criteria 1 & Criteria 2 for the 3rd time 🡪 Seller will be removed entirely from the running
campaign exposures.
