Justice 2022 is celebrate and
observed all over the world
on July 17th of this current year
 Aim of the day
Justice for
pharmD

PharmD ( doctor of Pharmacy) is 6 years

course with all Allopathy (Modern
Medicine) Subjects same as MBBS except
Surgery in it, And 3 years of posting in
Multispeciality hospital above/around 200-
bed hospital with daily rounds in different
wards and departments.
As they trained for around 5 years in a
hospital with different study aspects.

Then also PharmD Doctors don't have

individual prescribing rights as in many
developed countries allow practicing
registered PharmD graduate in countries.
But the government of India and Pharmacy
Council of India discriminate the students
and without any planning launched
It's being happening from very long
time.We pharmD doctors are waiting
for the decisions pending about the
rights of pharmD doctors i.e. When
they will get the permissions for
prescribing the medicines?
PharmD graduates are not considered or
accepted as Doctors in the Indian society.
No Doctor or other graduate except
pharmd’s will wish you.
dpharm are eligible for the jobs for which
pharmD is also given eligibility

Why do you think we have reached to this

situation ? What's the reason behind it ?
Who's mistake is this ? If you think it is the
mistake of Government or PCI, Then you
are making fool of yourself once again! The
real fault is in you!! The mistake is yours !
You are person who is responsible for this
worst condition of PharmD
You are the person who was silent when
your college is faking everything during
inspections! You are the person who did
not even question for quality education!
You are the person who did not even
question your faculty when they are not
doing what they are supposed to do! You
are the person who did not care when
other
graduates were ready to fight! You are the
person who adjusted for less and degraded
yourself!
You are a person with a "Pharm.D
Background. If still you don't wake up and
question for your rights and what you
deserve, even god cannot help You
 It’s your Turn
