2.2: Guest Profile


Describe your guest profile here (up to 400 words). Who are the guests defined by this profile?
What are their notable needs and interests?

Guest profile is basically known as the identity of the guest. Identification is must to attend our
guests. Guests profile is consist of name, address, phone number, email etc. It is important to
manage this information. These records are beneficial to save if we know these details it is easy
for us to recognize our regular and irregular guests (outsiders) those who are not the part of
SAIT. The most common guests are students. As we all know nowadays pizza is likes by most
of us especially students. Also the SAIT community and outsiders are welcomed warmly.
Talking about the guests all the students who are above 18 years of age are allowed to have
alcohol and it is mandatory to bring proof of identity whether it can be driving license or any
other thing that show their age. Talking about the guests all the faculty members, staff students
and outsiders are allowed in Pizza Hub and Pub. This place is for everybody whether he/she is
alcoholic or non-alcoholic because numerous items are goanna available. Apart from this, it is
the best for the students with different courses. To exemplify, students with restaurants course
can make theirs own pizza and students with beverage course can experience new drinks which
can be beneficial for them in future. Different kinds of things are goanna happen in pub such as
experiencing different culture which will be fun and benefit for students with tourist course as
they get to know something about different culture and may wish to visit that country.

2.3: Guest Experience

Describe your proposed guest experience here (up to 400 words). What happens during the
experience? How would you customize the menu? How would you use the existing Hub space
and resources? What emerging technology would you incorporate?

As everyone knows pizza hub and pub is a place where food, dance, music and drinks are
available. But what makes our pub different from others. So we are going to present something
different that makes our pub different from others. So, we will present Punjabi culture that attract
guests experiencing new thing. Decorating whole place with Punjabi style that completely
change the surroundings. So the main activity will be Bhangra which is one of the famous folk
dance of India. This dance is not done on any music but mainly done by only one instrument
known as double handed drum. That will be new experience for guests as SAIT is a place
where people from different parts of the world with different culture study. As a result they can
experience one other culture by participating and wearing folk dance dress. Professional folk
dancers will be invited who will present the dance and after that they will teach guests whom so
ever wish to dance. Moreover, costumes will be given to ones who wish to experience new
culture. Further more, talking about menu, Punjabi style pizza will be available which is
completely different from other pizza as this pizza is completely made of Punjabi cuisine which
will be different food experience for guests and drinks are the important part of pub. So, alcohol,
juice and smoothy will be available but despite of these drinks one Punjabi non-alcoholic drink
known as Lassi which is also known as butter milk will be available. It is very easy to make and
guests can make their own butter milk by their own taste. There will be categories of butter milk
such as salty, sweet, mango or pineapple. So guests can drink any of them. Talking about using
space and resources, Punjabi bhangra needs alot of space so one big portion will be for dance
and one will be for pizza and other one will be for drinks where all the drinks will available. Also,
one small portion will be for special drink that is butter milk because it will be the main drink of
that evening. Lastly, one portion will be for small games such as Charades, trip to Jerusalem
and many others. For the security of guests fire alarm will be set up, cameras and one
emergency back door will be available in case of any incident.
