ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON PROJECT ESP

(Expanding Stakeholders Partnership)
October 5, 2020

In line with Deped Order No. 12, s. 2020 otherwise known as The Adoption of
Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan for S.Y. 2020-2021 in light of the COVID-
19 Public Health Emergency, a package of education interventions that will respond
to the challenges faced by schools to ensure learning delivery.

School and community partnership plays a vital role in the success and
accomplishment of every school. Stakeholders brought different perspectives and
experiences which are useful for strengthening the school management system and
formulating appropriate policies. They work collaboratively for the maximum benefit
of students’ learning and school development.

Under the projects and programs of Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) for
S.Y. 2020-2021, Project ESP was created to increase the participation of
stakeholders. One of the actions of this project was the conduct of the Stakeholders
Convergence in order to strengthen school partnership from different organizations.
It was attended by ten (10) organizations namely: GPTA, HRPTA, SGC, Barangay
Officials, Barangay Health Worker, Sangguniang Kabataan, SPG, Yes-O, 4Ps and
Religious Organization.

The team have crafted school policies and agreed to support in all school
activities. With the positive response and full cooperation from internal and external
stakeholders the school and the above-mentioned organizations came up to the
Memorandum of Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding .

The activity was conducted successfully and was supported by all

stakeholders.
