BACKGROUND:

The co-owners of the CCLOA were called for a meeting last June 28,
2022, at Amling, Magdalena, Laguna, to conduct the final pulong-pulong
among actual ARBs of the subject property.

The CCLOA is composed of 2 ARBs, namely Vincent D. Dizon and Joseph

V. Dimanlig. All the ARBs were unavailable during the actual pulong-
pulong and their relative Salvacion G. Umali represented them.

FINDINGS/ISSUES:

Upon validation of the existing documents on file, it was found out that
the landholding does not have an Approved Survey Plan.

All the ARBs agreed to retain the land as consolidated to allow

synchronized land and crop management such as preparation, planting,
and harvesting thus reducing farm inputs.

RECOMMENDATION:

For execution of waiver of parcelization.
