BACKGROUND:

The CLOA is composed of 4 ARBs namely, Mena C. Monserrat, Ramon B. Castillo, Antonio B. Castillo,
Anicia C. Clavio, Francisca C. Geronimo. The CLOA is located at Brgy. Dambo, Pangil, Laguna.

FINDINGS/ISSUES:

Upon the investigation of the landholding, the following was found out:

It was Ms. Mona Castillo, the daughter of the ARB Ramon Castillo that provide the statement on the status of
the ODCT. According to her, the ODCT is under possession their possession since it was awarded.
Unfortunately, around the year 2006, when they were able to have their awarded land surveyed for subdivision
plan, the ODCT was carried with by one of the members of the surveying team. Also from her, they make ways
of following up with the DAR on the whereabouts of their ODCT in late 2009 and later on give up due to
personal life matters.

In conclusion, the landowner is not keeping any ODCT and cannot surrender it.

DRAFT RECOMMENDATION:

For your further review and final recommendation on the ODCT.

BACKGROUND:

The CLOA is composed of 3 ARBs namely, Martin C. Pagtananan, Melchor C. Pagtananan, and Prescila P.
Mendoza. The CLOA is located at Brgy. Layugan, Pagsanjan, Laguna.

FINDINGS/ISSUES:

Upon the investigation of the landholding, the following was found out:

It was Mrs. Prescila P. Mendoza, one of the ARBs that provide the statement on the status of the ODCT.
According to her, the ODCT is under possession their possession since it was awarded. Unfortunately, when
two of her fellow ARBs sold their portion of land to certain Dr. Rodelio Baldovino, the possession of the ODCT
is now to the buyer. The FV Team informed the ARBs who happen to be of complete attendance during the
pulong about the consequences of not having to surrender the ODCT concerning parcelization activity. Mrs.
Prescila is cooperative in communicating with the new keeper of the ODCT for the benefit of parcelization.
However, the legal representative of the buyer insists on talking with the legal officer of the office to discuss
deeply this matter.

In conclusion, the landowner is not keeping any ODCT and cannot surrender it.

BACKGROUND:

The CLOA is composed of 2 ARBs namely, Epifanio J. Gunida and Victorino C. Gunida. The CLOA is located
at Brgy. Dayap and Lamot, Calauan, Laguna.

FINDINGS/ISSUES:

Upon the investigation of the landholding, the following was found out:

It was Mr. Victorino C. Gunida, one of the ARBs that provide the statement on the status of their property.
According to him, his property co-owner and father namely Epifanio J. Gunida passed away and its land portion
is currently managed by his brother Mr. Alberto C. Gunida. The property is bountiful of many crops at this
moment. The SPLIT CARPERS Forms were accomplished and the ODCT was retrieved by the FV team.
However, this landholding is not included on the SPLIT CCLOA Inventory making it less priority for
parcelization.

In conclusion, the SPLIT-related documents were prepared and ready for submission at the registry of deeds
once this landholding has been included on the SPLIT CCLOA Inventory.

and Cesar Aqueza. The CLOA is located at Brgy. Casareal, Pakil, Laguna.

FINDINGS/ISSUES:

Upon the investigation of the landholding, the following was found out:

One deceased ARB (Sergio Y. Aqueza) was identified while the remaining ARBs were able to attend the
consultation meeting. There are four ARBs not positioned on the awarded land that will be excluded from the
annotation of CLOA. They were identified as Sergio Y. Aqueza, Ireneo C. Acueza, Jaime C. Acueza and
Antonio C. Acueza. More so, there are three identified ARBs on the ASP namely Narciso C. Acueza, Gener
Aqueza, and Cesar Aqueza. A field investigation for ARBs identified for inclusion and exclusion where
conducted and written statements were submitted by the concerned ARBs.

The SPLIT CARPER-related Forms were accomplished and the ODCT was retrieved by the FV team.

BACKGROUND:

The property, OCL-321 in the name of Eugenio C. Ramirez et. al., was validated on
the 15th day of October 2021. The CCLOA is located at Brgy. Kabulusan, Pakil, Laguna,
containing a total area of 4.1104 hectares more or less. Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries
(ARBs) annotated in the CCLOA are named, Eugenio C. Ramirez and Jimmy F. Ramirez.
Both ARBs are indicated in the Approved Survey Plan (ASP), as well.

One (1) ARB is deceased, named Eugenio C. Ramirez. Said ARB was represented
by Jimmy F. Ramirez, his son and also an ARB under the CCLOA.

According to Jimmy F. Ramirez, the concerned property under the CCLOA Title no.
OCL-321 is idle for more than 30 years.

FINDINGS/ISSUES:

Upon validation of the existing documents on file, the following was found out:

 According to Jimmy F. Ramirez, he saw the Owner’s Duplicate Copy of the Title of
CCLOA Title no. OCL-321 from his father, Eugenio C. Ramirez more than 30-40
years ago.
