PINCs on CITIZEN’S LAND REGISTRATION PROGRAM

The Problems, Issues, Needs and Concerns (PINCs) are to wit:

1. The Tie Point BLLM No. 1, PLS-414-D not found in CLRP Tie Point Description.
2. The Tie Point BLLM No. 12, PLS 107 not found in CLRP Tie Point Description.
3. 1 Collective CLOA has a multiple Approved Survey Plan (ASP).
4. The partial parcelization is not accepted in CLRP.
5. The website tends to log due to poor internet connection.
6. RODs Tuao and Sanchez Mira still requiring ODC in the registration of Individual
CLOA (Copies of Joint DAR-LRA Administrative Order No. 02, Series of 2022 to be
furnished).
