The subject properties as reflected in CCLOA Inventory are described as follows:

BACKGROUND:

A parcel of an agricultural land with TCT No. TCL-519 named in CLOA as Wilfredo
B. Almeda Et Al, was validated on 11 November 2021 at Barangay Papatahan, Ibaba Del
Norte, Paete, Laguna. The parcel of an agricultural land is situated at Barangay Papatahan,
Paete, Laguna with a total lot area of 3.2879 hectares more or less.

The following are named ARBS in the Collective Certificate of Land Ownership
(CCLOA) embraced in TCT No. TCL-519. To wit:

1. Wilfredo B. Almeda, deceased ARB and

2. Lolita N. Almeda, deceased ARB

` During the Validation, Wilfredo B. Almeda, was represented by his granddaughter

Maria Aiza N. Almeda, daughter of the deceased ARB Lolita N. Almeda, and Melencio Dela
Cruz, representing the latter, Lolita N. Almeda.
The subject parcel of agricultural land is said to be idle as evidenced in CARPER
LAD 70-B as the heirs of the deceased do not know exact position and the present status of
the agricultural land

In view of the foregoing, the deceased ARB’s Wilfredo B. Almeda and Lolita N. Almeda
represented by their respective heirs must execute a Special Power of Attorney.

The proof of relation of the representatives to the deceased ARB’s

DRAFT RECOMMENDATION:

Due to absence of other heirs of the deceased ARB’s, the representative may present a Deed
of Undertaking as a pre-requisite in executing Special Power of Attorney. The representatives
must still exert full effort in locating or finding their family members. The representatives
must also submit the following documents to serve as proof of relation to the deceased ARB.
1. Death Certificate
2. Birth Certificate
3. Marriage Certificate
