RATE MAY VARY IN THE DESTINATION.
*PORT CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED

Terms and Conditions:

1. Mode of Payment: PREPAID

2. Storage / Demurrage / Detention:

a) STORAGE FEE: Fee collected for using the lot area or ground that is being occupied by the container van, may it
be inside our yard or in the pier area. For the pier area storage fees are collected by the port operator such as but
not limited to MNHPI, PPA, CPA & other private and government port operators, while lot area/ground used inside
the container yard will be collected by the respective shipping lines. Gothong Southern Shipping Lines Inc.
(GSSLI) gives a standard of 2 days free storage, after which storage fees will apply. Note that this is a separate
fee for demurrage for use of the convan.

b) DEMURRAGE FEE: Fee collected by the shipping lines (GSSLI) to the shipper/consignee for using the container
van for more than the given free number of day’s concessions to customers. The standard concession is 2 days,
regardless whether the container van is inside the yard or at the pier.

c) DETENTION FEE: A fee collected for using the container van outside the yard or pier area, hence is already in
the premise of the customers (shipper/consignee), for stripping or stuffing purposes. Ageing more than the free
standard of 3 days and will be collected upon return of the container van to GSSLI

e) RIGHT TO DISPOSE: As stated in the Bill of Lading's Terms & Conditions, GS has the right to dispose of any
unwithdrawn container after 30 days from arrival should GS.

f) RIGHT TO REFUSE BOOKING DUE TO UNWITHDRAWN: Customers with more than 2 unwithdrawn laden /
unreturned empty containers may be refused fresh bookings until

4. OTHER CHARGES
*Amendment Fee & Cancellation Fee: Php 100.00
*Forklift Assistance in vitas - Php 700.00 is per move for fcl if per hour for special project worth Php 2,000.00

5. CONTACT INFORMATION: Upon booking, shipper must provide a primary & secondary contact number and/or email
address for himself as well as for his consignee for ease of communication.

6. CARGO WEIGTH LIMIT: In the interest of safety, please observe the following cargo weight limit, exclusive of container
weight: 20ftr – 18tons and 40ftr - 11tons.

7. ALLOWABLE DECLARED VALUE: All commercial shipments shall enjoy the following allowable declared value FREE
of valuation charges:
*For RC: Ps 17,500/CBM second hand and P 600,000 for brand new cars.
*For FCL: Ps 500,000 for 20 ftr. and P 1M for 40 ftr.
*Any value declared in excess of the allowable declared value shall be subject to Valuation Charges based on
the following table:

A. Ps 500,001 – Ps 1M Ps 3.36/Thousand
B Over Ps 1M to Ps 2M Ps 4.48/Thousand
C Over Ps 2M to Ps 4M Ps 5.60/Thousand
D Above Ps 4M Ps 11.20/Thousand

8. DANGEROUS GOODS: Cargoes considered as "Dangerous Goods" MUST be declared at all times and prior to
acceptance, must be supported with an MSDS and permit.

9. LOADING CUT-OFF TIME: Loading Cut off Time (LCT) is 48hrs in Manila, respectively before vessel departure.

10. CLAIMS PROCEDURE:

a. Claims should be filed to RMD within 30 days upon the incident otherwise claims will not be honored
b. When applicable, outright deduction of any claim amount from any outstanding payable shall not be allowed.
