INDIVIDUAL and GROUP BEHAVIOR

(My Learning Insights)

Uniqueness involves a person’s individualism in relation to other people.
Individual can vary in the degree to which they want such individualism, with some
being highly eager of specialness) high need for uniqueness and others who do not
want to stand out from other people (low need of uniqueness).

The input that I can add to make the topic more fruitful and meaningful is that
through our students’ behavior on different personality. By showcasing their different
taste of flavors, I should emphasize the multiple intelligences in such a way the left
behind learners who are merely good in different aspects must excel. No students
are dull, but they lacked the interest due to the “nature and nurture” they adapted.
When we think of student engagement in learning activities, we should avoid judging
them because everyone is unique.

The topic contributes a lot as a person is by being the best version of

myself. I develop greater awareness. I live with integrity. I am authentic. I say “Yes”
to life even the darkest part. As the saying goes, “No Man Is an Island”. I know how
to hold my composure, even in the big crowd because respect begets respect also.

“Good units walk a thin line, between indiscipline and ineffectiveness.

you’ve got a herd.”-Henry V. O’Neil, Orphan Brigade
