• In week 03, we have taught you how to do Multidimensional Modeling using Analysis Services of MSSQL Server.
Kindly follow each step in week 03 slides and Develop and deploy an Analysis Services Project Using fictitious
company “Adventure Works Cycles” (AWC) using SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT).
• You will need
– Week 03 slides (here)
– Sample Data (MDF /LDF files)
– Software (MSSQL Server 2012. Or 2019) - available in university softbox share.

Take screen shot of each step mentioned in slide and modify database (schema+data) to reflect few changes of your
own before creating Analysis Services project. The changes and must reflect in Analysis Services project as well. Mention
your useful customizations in the database and Analysis Service Project in your report and take screenshots of it. You
will be submitting only MS word report containing the screenshots and Analysis Services Project using SSDT.

Important Note:
1. Date assigned 28-06-2022. Last date of submission is 04-07-2020 @ 11 PM sharp.
2. Assignments will not be accepted after due date.
3. If you fail to submit the assignment on time, you may not be able to do it later on. Do not submit assignment on
11th hour, if in case connection is dropped you won’t be able to submit it again. Assignment submission on
emails after passing the due date and time is not allowed.
4. If you upload the empty or corrupted archive, you will get zero marks. Hence, double check before uploading.
5. Plagiarism, if detected, will result in zero marks. Do not use any public domain app code; instead develop your own code.
6. Students are required to submit the assignment individually.
7. Assignment must be submitted via Google forms only. (Do not send assignment on email as it won’t be marked)
8. Only one submission is allowed. Don’t expect full marks in case of late submission.
9. A document report in MS Word format (in /doc folder) will be required. Contents of Report
a. Cover Page of assignment must contain: Student name, Roll no, Date of submission.
b. Attach electronic snapshot of (this) assignment question after cover page.
c. SSDT Screenshots of all the steps in mentioned in slides.
10. Submit all the code and project in (in /code folder).
11. Submit all the database scripts (in /sql folder).
12. Submit the assignment after making a single tar.gz archive of the assignment files.
13. Name the file as “YourName_RollNo_WPSP22Ass01.zip”
