Description: Food waste is deposited in to the unit. After the unit is full (max 4.3
gallons), the lid is closed and the cycle starts automatically or manual
by pushing the start button. The duration of the cycle is approx. 1-2
minutes. The food waste will be ground, dewatered and deposited
into the waste bin below. The automatic cleaning cycle, which cleans
the grinder and dewatering unit, can be selected at any time.

Description : Food waste is transported from the grinder unit by a press pump
using 50mm wide PVC plastic piping which should be glued to
ensure sealing. Food waste can be transported both vertically
(maximum 10 feet) and horizontally max 100ft. It is simple and
easy to retrofit pipe work into existing catering locations.
