 Conducted weekly lab sessions with 25 undergraduates on the


‘Introduction to plant pathology’ course and introduced concepts of
isolation and identification of the pathogen from diseased samples.
 Demonstration of isolation procedure, identification by fungal
morphological characters, and how to use microscopes, etc.
